In elementary school, I was never without a Baby-Sitter's Club book in my backpack. Now, I'm never without a book in my purse or on my nightstand.
Every once in a while I manage to take my nose out of a book long enough to go gallivanting around my cute city (just a stone's throw from Manhattan), try out a new recipe, knit up a little something, or chase around the world's cutest beagle on her latest adventure.
Yes, I enjoy alphabetizing things, and no, I will never pass up a cupcake.
